I am amazed by RizeUp Media. They are professionals in every sense of the word. They don’t spam your inbox or harass you with calls. There is no call center you must navigate to get an answer, and it’s not some do it yourself platform. They allow you to be as hands on as you want, or if you are like me, they can just take it all off your plate.Most of all, I was impressed by how they understood the assignment. We had one Zoom call where I was like “I have high expectation, no guidance, and I am way too busy to help.” I answered a few questions, they sent an email update each week, and a few weeks later they sent a file with 3 potential designs, and like 20 pages of potential content. Everything matched my personality and image. I have no idea how they did it – just amazed.
