Client Success Manager

RizeUp Media, Inc. is a digital marketing company based in Aliso Viejo, California, specializing in driving online visibility and user conversion for our clients through website services, search engine optimization, social media marketing, and pay-per-click campaign management.  We are seeking and individual with experience and a proven track record of success in these areas to join our team.

The Client Success Manager plays a critical role in the support and enhancement of ongoing client relationships. The Account Manager is responsible for monitoring and reporting on the performance of client campaigns, partnering with clients and internal team members to update client products and campaigns, facilitate regular product performance review meetings with clients, coordinate with sales staff on new opportunities for clients, and provide overall general support to assigned clients.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of client relationships and account maintenance
• Regularly review and report to clients on product and campaign performance
• Coordinate with sales team on new product opportunities for clients
• Schedule and manage meetings with clients and team members to gather feedback on product and campaign performance
• Keep business systems updated with client account status
• Achieve client and revenue retention targets

Qualifications:

• Four year degree or equivalent experience in account management and ideally, focused experience with digital marketing management
• Proven record of success meeting and exceeding revenue and retention targets
• Experience with G Suite and Microsoft Office platforms
• Experience in a digital marketing environment a plus!
• Attributes: organized, proactive, flexible, positive and reliable.
• Excellent people skills to interact with clients, staff, colleagues, and cross-functional teams.
• Ability to work remotely in a fast paced environment and manage multiple client accounts
